I started working in property management in March 2009, right in the middle of a snowstorm. Through hard work and dedication, I quickly moved up to supervisor, and eventually became the Maintenance Coordinator. I was responsible for both the inside of the buildings and the outside curb appeal—landscaping, mulch, tree and flower installations, and snow removal—for 15 properties.
